How long does UK delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 working days, then usually arrive within 7–12 working days. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as it ships. Full details are in our shipping policy.
Can I return my set?
Yes. You have 14 days from delivery to tell us you'd like to return it, then 14 days to send it back. Message us with your order number and we'll guide you through it. See our refund policy.
My order arrived damaged. What now?
We're sorry. Send us a message with your order number and a photo of the issue within 7 days of delivery, and we'll make it right.
